The Dominican Republic is the most diverse and enticing country in the Caribbean area. This country is known worldwide for its beautiful white sand beaches, diverse fauna, ecotourism destinations and the warmth of its people. The capital city is Santo Domingo, rich in culture, dynamic scenery, affordable lifestyle and lavish nightlife. One of the most popular destinations is Punta Cana, located in the East of the country, receiving more than 6 million tourists each year. As an immigrant myself I can honestly say that in the Dominican Republic, life begins again.
